On Monday, January 27, 2020, Hudnall students were encouraged to wear, Lakers gear, purple and gold to honor the passing of Kobe Bryant. Teachers took this opportunity to assist students with processing the news through journaling, stories, and discussions. A great book for processing the passing of loved on for young children is “Badger’s Parting Gifts” by Susan Varley.
