Dear Hudnall Community,

Welcome to the new school year.  I am proud and honored to be the Principal at Hudnall Elementary.  I would like to welcome the new students to Hudnall.  For returning families, welcome back.   At Hudnall we believe that it is important for our students to be connected to school through positive relationships and a strong sense of community.  I believe that all students can be successful if provided the right opportunities and supports.  Our teachers and staff are committed to providing all students with an appropriate and challenging educational experience in a respectful and safe environment that fosters learning and growth.

We are entering a new year with optimism.  We know that in order to be successful in school, our students need support from both home and school. As partners, we share the responsibility for our students’ success.  We want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities.  We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that:  your child attends school daily and arrives on time ready for the day’s learning experience, ensure that your child reads daily to develop a love for reading that will help improve literacy skills, & encourage your child to do the very best he/she can and ask for help if they need it.  I ask that you sign in to the AERIES Parent portal to keep up with your child’s educational progress.  I look forward to working with you.  My hope is that you feel welcomed and choose to participate in your child’s education through volunteering, joining the PTA, or participating in school committees  and events throughout the school year.
